Shipping

1.Shipping Methods We Offer:

DHL,TNT, UPS, Fedex etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.
if you require the dress immediately. Please let us know when you need the dress by, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Returns

We take great pride in making every dress specifically for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, once production begins, we are unable to reuse materials. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or we made an error in your order. Please read our policies carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Size & Color Changes

Size or color changes must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, modifications cannot be made. If changes are still required, additional costs may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is handmade and tailored for each customer, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted if:

  • The dress has a major quality issue (e.g., significant sewing defects, material damage).
  • The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake on our part.

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before placing an order).
  • The final measurements have a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
  • The dress has minor imperfections that do not impact its overall wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
  • Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos showing the issue (e.g., incorrect size, color, style, or defect).
  3. Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
  4. Include the tracking number and return reference code when shipping the item back.

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes
